DJ Equipment Talk: Numark iBattlePak
One of the benefits to buying DJ Equipment packages, as opposed to buying piece-by-piece, is that everything you need–even the small things–are included. One of the packages I’ve had my eye on for a while now is the Numark iBattlePak. This complete DJ system has it all, from the turntables to the slip pads.
The iBattlepak is unique because it allows you to record your mixes directly your iPod or iPhone. It also lets you play tracks from your iPod or iPhone, and connect other gear like CD players or mics. The iBattlepak also comes with DJ quality headphones, so you can easily preview your mixes.
In the box you get two multi-directional direct drive aluminum platter turntables, slip pads, cartridges, cables, 7-position dual DJ headphones, 2 channel mic mixer with an equalizer on each channel and easy slider cuing.
I’ve had my eye on this package because I love the versatility it gives you. I have an extensive vinyl collection that I spin from, but I also have a ton of mp3s that I would love to mix in with my sets. The package would allow me to do that seamlessly! Plus, everything you need is included in the package, right down to the cables. When it comes to DJ equipment that has it all, you can’t beat the Numark iBattlepak.
